Happy 2023 Everyone ! It is refreshing for heart , mind , body , and spirit that we have a fresh new start to look forward to for the next 12 months ! One of the most insightful pieces of advice I received from my Texan Earthly mom , Dee , years ago is that we are always preoccupied with the past and future and spend very little time being in the present !
According to Dee , as hush , as it may sound , personal growth can ’ t happen without destructive energy or what she coined as lessons learned or experience gained . Creativity occurs when we shift our mindset to focus on the present rather than reminiscing and dreaming about the future !
