ELENE TATULASHVILI AND NINO MIKADZE
are a daughter and mother team from Tbilisi , Georgia . Elene is 12 years old and attends Green School , a private education institution whose vision is to produce globally-minded , active generations with high-quality teaching and learning . Green School ' s mission is to raise a better future generation together with the school community through quality education . Inspired by this , Elene has many friends worldwide through playing Roblox , and her love for creative writing , which the Morocco Pens have published , has also contributed to her global outreach . Elene also enjoys reading , especially comedy books . Her mother , Nino , introduced her to reading when she was little , which led to her passion for writing . Nino has degrees from Tbilisi State University of Language and Culture and has spent over two decades teaching English at universities like Free University and the International Black Sea University . Her passion is to make English education accessible and inspiring for all . Nino doesn ' t just teach ; she inspires . Whether it ' s General English , Academic English , or specialized courses for journalism and business , her dedication shines through . She is also a teacher trainer at English Book Education , shaping the next generation of educators . Nino leads teaching seminars with the English Teacher ' s Association of Georgia . She is passionate about empowering minds through the power of language . I am very excited to have Elene and Nino teaming up to share their beautiful , loving story , “ The Parenting Journey Through the Eyes of a Daughter and Her Mother ,” as we celebrate Mother ’ s Day for our Global Village section .
