Even if we are in the right place at the right time, we must stay mindful and present, recognizing the opportunities for gratitude and thankfulness that come our way.
Until we try expanding our comfort zone, we won’ t realize we have what it takes to make a difference in a person ' s life and in our own.

the year or just during those special moments or situations when you needed that“ human favor or help,” it brings out the best in us and reflects the selfless acts given to us. I also remember what my German mom, Dianne, told me years ago:“ Once in a while, a situation occurs requiring us to radiate our energy of goodwill, compassion, and love. Until we try expanding our comfort zone, we won’ t realize we have what it takes to make a difference in a person ' s life and in our own.”
Her wisdom reminds us that we can create daily opportunities to show gratitude to others while also receiving thankfulness from them in return, all with good intentions. Food for thought:“ When was the last time you held a door open for a stranger who was several steps behind you? This act of kindness clearly shows your genuine human nature rather than courtesy of convenience because that person was right behind you!” As you reflect on what I have just shared, you might be surprised by how someone could react knowing you went out of your way to make their day better and be a blessing in their life. Isn’ t this interesting?

Another thing to consider: Even if we are in the right place at the right time, we must stay mindful and present, recognizing the opportunities for gratitude and thankfulness that come our way. This only happens when we adopt a heartcentered approach, viewing things through the lens of love. It is all about what we can do for someone today. Surprisingly, there is plenty, and our divine intelligence helps us recognize quickly— in the blink of an eye— how our actions speak louder than words. That is what being in the moment is all about— always prepared when the situation calls for action.
Until we try expanding our comfort zone, we won’ t realize we have what it takes to make a difference in a person ' s life and in our own.
