NOTE FROM THE PUBLISHER

Happy September, everyone! As we in the Northern Hemisphere say goodbye to the scorching summer heat and welcome a little cooler weather, our global neighbors in the Southern Hemisphere are welcoming spring. Regardless of where we live, Mother Earth has set the stage for all of us to adopt a seasonal mindset of self-reflection, celebration, and a personal reset.

Reflection: It is about looking back in the rearview mirror to embrace wins and losses as contributions to lessons learned, without judgment.

Celebration: It is about acknowledging the victories, no matter how small, because they will serve as the motivational energy for our future projects and endeavors.

Reset: It is about using the insights and experiences we have accumulated as assets to refresh, refine, and enhance our forward-looking mindset to achieve future success.

Sharing the above reminded me of an engaging, entertaining, and enlightening presentation I gave years ago at a national franchise ' s annual corporate meeting.
