When I accept history as it is, celebrating both successes and setbacks, I teach myself that there are no failures in life— only lessons learned and wisdom gained. Every experience is a valuable asset that can help me shape the future outcomes I envision.
All I need to do is remind myself each morning that it ' s a new, fresh day— like a blank sheet of paper where I can plan what I want to accomplish for the day, week, and upcoming month. Over the years, this simple yet very empowering refining“ do-over” mindset practice has become a unique and effective method embraced by my executive career coaching, life coaching, and mentoring clients.
